SOTD w/c 4th - 10th Feb. incl.

Cooncat Bob's NEW Roman
Sputnik blade (1)
Proraso pre/post
Duke II in best
Tabac
Steve's Barbershop Bay Rum
C&E Sienna ASB

Very comfortable shave, but Not BBS. Was too careful with the new soap and a razor, need to get to know them better. Really nice and creamy lather though, and love the smell! Bay Rum was amazing too.

Edwin Jagger DE89 with English Wilkinson Sword (2nd shave)
TOBS Sandalwood cream
PB Universal shaving balsalm

Decent shave. Close without any real effort except in the usual problem areas on the jawline. Used Personna Medical Prep blade to sort that.

Prep: Hot shower
Brush: Le tuft, Simpson w silvertip
Razor: Peroux Cognet
Cream: Yardley London
AS: TOBS, Victorian Lime
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Clean enough

Crap shave, but good coffee - three nicks and I think I don't like this cream (blame the product if you get nicked, that's my new motto :)).

Not to forget the lovely Victorian Limes scent you get the pleasure of all day :)

What a fantastic shave, two pass WTG XTG, BBS it doesn't really get better. great razor the Feather AC - SS. But you do need time on your hands when using this razor, not the razor for anyone who's in a hurry, it's no quick once over in the morning razor.

Monday evening:

EJDE89
Gillette 7 O clock yellow
EJ Badger
RSC Cream
For Him Balm

Nice enough, but not great results on the neck area. Must have not been attentive enough.

Monday: Evening

Pre: Hot bath (trying to sooth backache after too much snow clearing yesterday)
Razor: Merkur Futur
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock SharpEdge yellow (1)
Brush: New Forest Super Badger
Soap: TOBS Sandalwood

After yesterdays face shredding with an Astra blade I returned to the trusty Gillette blade today and had a nice gentle shave with a couple of passes WTG.

Nice and comfortable, not too close, but I didn't want to aggravate my slightly tender face.
