A lovely 2 pass cold water face lather shave

I haven't used this blade in this razor before, so thought I'd give it a try. I think the best blade I've used in a NEW LC yet, super smooth and sharp enough. These are the old version of the Super Thin from what I can tell, not the two types retailers sell (Platinums or New Improved Stainless).

Result: DFS. I really rate the Zirh range, and very happy to buy as much as possible at TK Maxx over the last few weeks. For once a really well lit hotel bathroom, with an excellent mirror, so happy days.

2 passes wtg, 1 atg.

Very good shave, not quite at BBS but steadily getting closer.
Amount of nicks I'm getting is steadily reducing.

As some will know I've had some problems with the nivea sensitive ASB, decided to try the cooling kick which seems to feel a lot better.

Returned to the personna red as not had good shaves recently and been struggling with gillette 7 o'clock green which clearly didnt agree with me! Much better shave today

A just about perfect shave, this old blade was even better second time around.

2nd shave with the blade and it was a cracking shave. Getting back in to the Valobra as well again, which is a good thing.
