Nanny's lavender soft soap

First time out for the Hamburg Ring, and it's a peculiar one. Huge, heavy and intimidating, but feels absolutely safe and reliable in use. For a full hollow it also seems remarkably stiff, and rather quiet. Not at all what I was expecting, but a very nice shave nonetheless.

Blade: Astra (#3)
Brush: NF 2201 prototype (+20% hair)
Soap: D.R. Harris Marlborough shaving cream (Decant Club)
After shave: Sante organic [felt smt was missing from the picture!]
Balm: Nivea sensitive
Cologne: Guerlain Habit Rouge EdT
A very nice and mild shave with the SS, what a nice razor this is (thank you guyhayton). Blade seems to get along with it very well also.
The Marlborough is excellent, great lather and nice scent, goes fantastically with the Habit Rouge.
A nice, little cold, but sunny autumn day here in Riga.
MBA Strategy exam over last night, two more to go, then final semester before graduation in the U.S. at the end of this year.

did a 3 pass shave this morning WTG, XTG, XTG, I seem to get a much better shave with a cart going N-S in the cheeks and S-N on the neck. I wasn't very impressed with the violet creme it was more a strong soapy smell then violets and didn't perform half as well as the almond which I'd order again.

A quick going over the chops before my bi-weekly appointment at the Dole Office, used the Boots soap like a soap stick rubbing it over the face and going to it with the wilkinson brush, nice shave.

Love the lather this macca root cream makes.
I messed around with the settings a bit on the futur, 1st pass was set at 1.5 and the second pass was set at 3.
Good clean shave with no burn but a couple of nicks, the blade was dead so im putting it down to that.
If anyone has a Merkur Progress they would like to swap for my Futur, pm me please, I find the head a little too big.

Head and face shave today. I´m flabergasted by how nice this old razor shaves and I hit the spot with Nannys soap today. It lathered like a maniac - very much, slippery and slick :shave
