Very fragrant refreshing and smooth shave, i'm off to Abergaveeny market this morning with the Wife, a little town situated near the black mountains in South Wales. PS maybe with a little luck I could be able tp pick up some vintage shaving gear.

First time using proraso, excellent lather and a nice menthol hit (not as extreme as ingrams imo). The balm absorbed nicely and all in all a fine result, very pleased.

Useful for mild hangovers. :sleepy:

Comments:I wanted to try the new soap of the Comptoir des savonniers, a little soap store in Biarritz. A thick lather, but not the glide andd moisturizing features of some of the tops soaps (MdC, MWF,.,,) very simmilar to La Toja, the scent is very subtle, almost unscented. The Semogue SOC gives always the best of a soap, and today I have enjoyed a great lather for the shave. The Medallon Taurino has no mercy, no matter with 2 day bear a nice shave finished with the freshness of the limes and lavender.

Man, I could get hooked on this injector once again if I'm not careful. There's nothing like a very sharp blade to bring out the best in this shaving system.

Have used these blades before and was not that impressed, but it seems to fit this razor very well.
Great smooth shave, no irritation and no nicks. Shows what a difference blade and razor combinations make.
