After rather poor Shave on Sunday when I rushed it , this just had to be better. With a fresh blade this Shave was more like it, for me a Twin blade allows me to get an ultra close finish in areas where others struggle, some hours on my chin feels like like a BB. The MWF again provided a superb Lather to work with.

A lovely shave today as is the norm with anything Signature Soaps. The Gillette Green blade is acceptable but my face prefers Nacets or Gillette Blues.

I know the Penhaligons Rose is technically a womens perfume but I tried everything in their shop yesterday and I wanted to treat myself to something that was different to other smells I already have. The sales assistant says she sells almost as many perfumes to men for their own use than to women. It already got compliments so it worked.

I brought this razor a few days ago so thought I would give it a run out.
The shave was exceptional, super smooth yet super efficient.
Far better than the Bic single blade razor that I found to be a little too much.
This Gillette Guard razor would be great for all you head shaver's, shit, I nearly shaved my head it was so smooth!!!

Cheap as chips and exceptional at what it does!

I enjoy using Tabac so much that I'm considering using it exclusively until what remains in the bowl is finished. This may take quite some time, given that I tend to shave every other day, and that it seems to last and last.
Fuss free loading and lathering, and it always delivers - what else is required of a shave soap?
Will I relent and use other soaps? Probably, but I'll make the effort!
This Kai blade has performed well, but after nine shaves it's not as smooth as I would like.
That said, I'm anticipating the arrival of two SE/AC razors on loan later this week, so a fresh blade will be in order.
