RE: SOTD SAT 23 June to 30 June ...

Sunday midday shave:

Quick hot shower

Weber DLC
Astra SP (1)
Kappus Men shaving cream
NF2207

3 pass shave (2xWTG, 1xXTG) removing a week's laziness of stubble (that is in fact the technical term for it)

Red Ginger ASL
no balm required due to the above being excellent in all respects

Happy Face!

Proraso pre post
Kent BK8
TOBS Jermyn Street
Weber DLC - Polisilver (1)
Profs ASB

Wow my closest shave yet, I'd say as close as my slant, small amount of irradiation due to lack of concentraition on the trickiest part of my neck. But it made my week of growth a simple task had to check the blade was cutting most of the time!

Really enjoyed this blade first time I've used it, seem as smooth as the Gillette super thins with the sharpness of Gillette yellows. Going to try it in the slant next.

I'm sorry Jamie! I didn't notice, I've been on a hell bent weekend (time wise). Please mods: maybe you can move my post into this one!?

It's not an issue Mikael, i've asked the Mods to delete my post as most are posting in yours anyway.

Jamie.

Hi, Sunday's shave.. Interesting razor.

Alum[attachment=5011]
Preshave: Noxzema plus
Soap: de Vergulfe Hand

The bowl again worded very well with a hard soap. Razor... Could have been sharper... My fault. Needs work. Shave ok.

For the first time in some weeks, no shave today. I got up only just in time to get some lunch before the three movies I went to this afternoon.

It's a tough life, really.

Have a heavy cold and had a restless night so got up later. Managed a very quick shave with my Schick M adjustable on 2 with second shave Gillette Platinum Plus, St James Founders Reserve cream and Professor Blighty's Universal Shaving Balsalm, lime. Very average as it took barely 5 mins

Merkur HD + red IP (3)
Thayers superhazel
Proraso ASB

Today, a full LEA shave!

2nrli1c.jpg

[bLEA "lanolized" stick + New Forest 2213 Silvertip + UFObull "Long" with Muhle R41 2010 head and Gillette Platinum #3 + LEA balm with Aqua Velva [/b]

This week I'll be testing this new LEA "lanolized" stick comparing it with the old one. I hope to get some conclusions and posting a helpful review later, hehe. This shave has gone smooth, this UFObull handle makes that Muhle head shaves even better! And I like much this small NF, has a really good balance between backbone and softness in his tips!

Cheers!
