Excellent. First time that use Alum Block and i must say i liked it. Mostly because it did not hurt at all which means that my shave was really good. Great start of the day.

An ultra close shave, I think that after two shaves the Feather SE blade has just about had it's day; by means of a test for the blade I shall fit it with a spine and try it in my 1912 GEM Junior, a razor I am very familiar with.

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

Old Spice Whitewater AS
Old Spice Whitewater AS used as cologne


Third shave with this old blade....probably my favorite when paired with the Webly. Extremely sharp but surprisingly forgiving.

Back to my trusty Fatboy and paired with one of my favourite blades. 4 worked better than 6 with this amount of stubble for me. The coconut cream is lovely - has a cakey smell whereas Trumpers coconut smells more like slightly sweetened coconut milk. I like both and I like that I can choose between two delicious versions now as my fancy takes me.

Not Bad however I had much better shaves. I beleive the cream was not the right one for that type of razor.
