result: excellent, 3 passes + touch ups, no irritation. The soap lathers brilliantly, I find the smell nice, and it leaves the skin feeling great. I dont think its as moisturising as MWF, but its early days yet with this soap for me.

Cream: Vulfix English Rose
AS: Mennen SB
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Very, very clean
I don´t use this cream that often (I´m more of a soap guy) but every time I do use it, it surprises me - with thick and luxurious lather

Some thoughts:
The Blade: After three shaves with the Iridium I can now see what all the fuss was about. What a smooth, smooth blade, and sharp too. I can't remember ever having three consecutive shaves with the same blade and not getting at least some irritation around the chin area - specially on the first shave. This has now become my favourite blade and I am now stocking up
The Soap: First off let me say thanks muchly to Pete for arranging this group buy. This is a beautiful little cake of soap. I have grated it half way down and stuck it in a tin that I had lying around packing the gratings in all around the sides and compressing it in with a spoon. A wonderful scent and a very luxurious lather has left my face feeling as soft as silk. Rate it up there with MdC. Gotta love the French
