After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:
vintage Marshall Fields badger
1970s Schick adjustable M type injector/Gillette Platinum Plus (NOS)
Surrey SS (pre VDH reformulation)
Lucky Tiger AS and Face Tonic
Creed 'Royal Oud' EdT
Third shave with this razor/blade combo and still going strong. These 40+ year old blades were a nice find.

Back to evening showers but going to stick to morning shaves for the moment, since I'm not in any hurry.
Bulldog face wash
TOBS Lemon and Lime, face lathered with
New Forest Tubby 2
'58 Gillette Super-Speed TV (first use by me), with
Gillette 7OC Yellow (1, stropped before use)
Bulldog moisturiser
A just splendid shave, three passes and very clean. Felt no need at all for balm, so tried the Bulldog moisturiser, which I like.

Anyone of a nervous disposition, suffering from haemophilia should try the Famex DE razor - it's safety taken to the extreme... I did a full 3 pass shave with and whilst it removed some stubble, there was nearly twice as much left behind (enough that even a blue tip superspeed had no trouble in finding plenty to mow off). I had to check I'd put the blade in it!

Seems like a very smooth shaver, this Japanese beauty. Arrived just y'day from a fellow B&B/SRP member residing in Virginia. The Acca Kappa scent is very refreshing, I will be using it more often now as the tube's cap broke (overtightening again) and I wouldn't like to see it dry out.
