This is my first shave with the Ever Ready, and first impressions are good. Really enjoyable shave, lovely and smooth, very easy to shave with, I always enjoy shaving with MdC. I will use the razor exclusively for the next week and see how I get on. Thanks Sunburyboy for selling me a great razor :icon_smile:

Beautiful shave ultra smooth, two pass with minor touch up. Big sporting day saturday, Wales play Argentina Rugby world cup warm up really looking forward to that game, especially after we put England away last week, also the Aussie's are playing the All blacks, good weekend for the Rugby supporter this week.

*I've got some different blades to try. I'm trying them in alphabetical order, so the Astra was first. Excellent blade. Closest blade to a Gillette Swede that I have tried in terms of sharpness and smoothness.

Been way too long since last using the Institut Karite. This was my go to soap years ago and it's still a favorite in the rotation. Very good performance with plenty of slick and cushion. Post shave skin care is among the best.
