The soap has a wonderful scent and a creamy slick lather. Very nice!!
Another excellent shave with the razor! Easy, smooth, and comfortable in 3+1passes for a dfs++ result.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Tingly Minty & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Naples Tuxedo Synthetic.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather Proraso Blue Shaving Cream.
Blade: Indian Gillette 7'oClock SP.(D2)
Razor: Parker 98r.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezings, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Nivea Men Replenishing PSB./Milton Lloyd President EdT.

This morning i had to rub my fingertips with a alum block inbetween each pass to stop the hefty barber pole handle of the 98r from slipping while shaving.

An acceptable 2 pass + pick ups comfortable shave with no errors to report....Finishing to the shave off with a few small squirts of Milton Lloyd President EdT to the pulse points..

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling divine. ;)

Razor - Karve Stainless C - SB
Blade - Timor Stainless Platinum (4)
Post - Cold water Rinse, TC's infused Witch Hazel
Balm - TC's Bay Rum Balm and Argan Oil
A/S - DR Harris Bay Rum

A wonderful Start to a sunny but windy Sunday morning.
The Karve razors on the C - SB plate hit it in the bullseye for me, i find they are good with almost every blade i have tried in them. Today the Timor paired with the Stainless Karve just managed its 4th shave and has now been banked.
3 passes for an easy BBS finish.
I am now all Bay Rum'd up.
Later today after some chores i am venturing out to see the lads for a few pints, first time since this C-19 crap started, i need to get out and start living again.o_O

Much closer shave straight out the gate this time. Took my time and made sure the angle was spot on, this helped a lot but still prefer slightly more. Saw confirmation from Brian that the plate is close to the Karve B so at least gives a point of reference and I wasn't too far off the mark.

Consecutive Daily Shaves - # 1,096

Hardest part about shaving with this razor is putting it together. It wasn't a total hassle but takes some thought. Once together the flimsy thin steel is actually quite a solid shave instrument. Flat blade style that is very efficient while being mild to use. Nice little quirky travel edition to the den. The Wholly Kaw lathered superbly and was a perfect match for the vintage splash and cologne. Have a tremendous day everyone !!
