Soap: NOS Old Spice shave stick
Razor: Digress LD
Blade: Rapira Swedish Supersteel
Post: Thayer's Medicated WH, Zirh Post Shave Solution
Fragrance: Shulton NOS Old Spice ASL

Result: Just a wonderful shaving experience. The Old Spice stick outdid Tabac and Palmolive, imo, and the After Shave is splendid, a real dose of good old fashioned nostalgia. And all the better for it.

One of best shaves yet, far more even than I've had for a while. These Astras aren't doing my skin any favours though, feel very sensitive after, will need to keep an eye on my angles.

Prep: Claus Porto's Lime-oil face soap

Brush: The Soap Shed Super Badger
Shave cream: Gillette
A/S: Ice Dive
Cologne: Fico di Amalfi

An excellent result. The Gillette cream came from a pound-shop a while back and has Spanish and Portuguese writing on it. The lather was first rate though the scent was a bit musty to my nose.

Brush : C&E super badger
Soap Stick : La Toja
Post shave : Freezing flannel and Proraso splash
EDT : Issey Miyake Summer

Third shave with the the La Toja shave stick, really excellent soap. Nice glide and skin feels very nice, clean and fresh, afterwards. No real need for the splash but why not ?

Used the Ikon today, trying togive it some love after the Progress has been having all my attentions lately - both bought at the same time.

Very nice shave and the silver blue blade matched up very well with it.

A little bit of nostalgia today. I used some Old Spice soap with the Futur. Another fine result.
I will be PIF ing it to Dr Paul tomorrow I have cleaned it and regreased the whole adjustment area, a little pressure on the two top plates to take the weight off the spring helps enormously.

Now what did I think of the razor, I like it a lot. The size and weight is very user friendly for big hands but you need to think how to shave the upper lip as it's a larger head than most will be used to.

If I was to purchase one of these I would make up some type of seal to help keep the water and gunk out of the adjustment mechanism, other that that it has been an excellent shaving experience for me.

Soap: Real Shaving Co. cream + Grapefruit EO
Brush: New Forest 2213
Bowl: Woodhead Pedestal
Razor: Progress @3,2.5,2
Blade: Polsilver SS (1)
After: Proraso AS, Coral Skin Food

I can't do another day of RSC, it's just too boring and there are so many other soaps that need my attention. I added a touch of grapefruit essential oil to liven it up a bit but 3 days is enough for this cream.
Actually today's lather was better than previous days as I used less water and the results were almost BBS (left a few whiskers under chin).

Now to choose another soap...
