. The KRECT shaves well, it is very smooth, but I think the german bakelite slant shaves better. We will see when I have the new iKon stainless slant, that is inspired on the old Mulcuto.

I don't mind using a slant when one calls to me, but that's not too often for whatever the reasons. I have handled more than a few and used a bunch as well. Yes, I have even tried a Lady Pomco DE razor and survived!

Recently I held the Ikon slant in my hands and you will really like that thing's looks and how solid and weighty it is. Yes, you should want that razor near you as soon as possible!!! Oh, I will have a hard time waiting till it gets there..........

Monday ii September, 2013

Prep: Hot shower, Nivea Q10 Facial Wash
Pre: Cold water splash
Brush: Neep custom '67 Threepenny bit extra silvertip
Soap: NOS Old Spice puck
Razor: Digress HD
Blade: Gillette Nacet #3
Post: Thayers Medicated WH, Institut Karité ASB

Result: All tickety-boo this morning. The Old Spice puck is superb, and Old Spice week may turn into Old Spice month. Nacet was good, and happy that I've got another 9 to use. Not my top, but far far relegation candidates. When all said and done a DFS.

Have a good day, gents.

Yesterdays Shave- Sunday 1st September

Brush: Vulfix Bodger
Soap: Pannacrema San Fresco
Razor: Schick L Type
Blade: Personna (4)
Post: Witch Hazel, Floid Vigoroso

Great shave. First use of the bodger and I really liked it. It's not very dense, but it has a fantastic handle, and seems to perform quite well straight off, and I know it will get better.
