Cream: Simpsons Peppermint & Rosemary - bowl lathered
Brush: Simpsons Butterscotch Duke 3 in best
Razor: Ikon Slant
Blade: Gillette Superthin
Post: Veg, IK balm

Full review of the Simpsons at the end of the week but it's been an impressive start.

I savaged myself with a straight yesterday so it wasn't be the best introduction, but tonight's shave was very nice indeed.

Tonight's shave:

Hot shower
Valet SE (recent acquisition)
Feather SE blade
Cella soap
New Forest brush
Old Spice Original Sensitive splash

Three passes with this lovely old razor. As luck would have it it is also my first open comb razor, as far as I can tell :icon_razz:
Any roads, a decent shave. Still being really careful with this kind of razor, so I didn't go for super smooth - but what an experience shaving with the thing!

T&H No 10 cream, face lathered
Omega 10098
Merkur 15c
BIC Astor (1)
Cold rinse, witch hazel
Pinaud VIBR
T&H No 10 balm

Loved the Astor. Very smooth yet sharp. It's done a lovely job of my neck area, literally nothing else has ever left it so smooth. Very happy with the results. Have a great week gents.
