After: Superdrug Sierran Breeze AS, Every Man Jack ASB

Testing out my new Gillette Guard cartridge razor. Very peculiar feeling having to apply so much pressure to the thing to get a good scrape. It was very speedy to use and a decent feel to it. Did my usual three passes (it's a single blade cartridge) and resulted in a very good DFS; almost a BBS. Skin did look a little red afterwards which could have been because I used too much pressure but that calmed down soon after.
So I'd say a success if you can't travel with a DE razor but nowhere near as satisfying compared to a DE.

Jeez, the number of times I've dropped this Boot's stick! Instinct is to pick it up by the tube in which case the bottom drops off and bounces round the bathroom picking up every hair and piece of dust from the floor!

Moisturiser: Kiehl's "The ultimate men's after-shave balm"
Cologne: Black Orchid
Drink: Ristretto with cream

The shape of these razors seem worrying, however they work beautifully.

After really clicking with my Schick Stick the other night, I thought I'd run with my new Gillette Injector. Actually, this is a "Twinjector" but I've inserted a single Gillette Platinum Plus blade in there.

The blade is reputed to be a real vampire if you're not absolutely careful, but a light touch with the fresh blade and it made for a very effective shave.

This Weber is rather interesting, definitely has bite, have had more nicks with this than the 37c. Maybe just need to dial the angle a bit more to get the best from it, but what a great shaver, 2 passes plus touch up, DFS!
Maybe its time to drop a Polsilver/Swedish super into it ;)

Not sure on this blade. Not the sharpest or smoothest yet still managed a decent shave although I think that's down to the Feather more than the blade.
