Witch hazel
Castle Forbes AS balm
Lavanda AS

Lovely shave and a real lavander hit courtesy of the balm and the AS.

This evening:

Prep: Hot shower (not a good one, washing machine running elsewhere in the building)
Razor: Feather Artist Club RG (wood), Pro blade (12)
Soap: Proraso white
Brush: Neep #955 soapstone silvertip badger
Aftershave: Prof Blighty's Yellow Ginger
Result: lovely

The Blighty aftershave smells and feels great. Experimented with a paint-only (as opposed to swirl) face lather; don't think it made any real difference apart from being a tad slower, though it may vary brush to brush. Blade still highly usable; may try a third week.

It is four weeks to the day since I cut my jawline, and it is now only really noticeable if you're looking for it. Hurrah.

Sunday:

40s Superspeed
Feather (1)
Vitos Coconut
Witch Hazel
Professor Blighty's Green Ginger AS

Just a quick tidy up before I head to my mates for breakfast and F1, then on to the parents for Sunday lunch. Have a good Sunday fellas!

L'Occitane CADE soap + Lijun Finest Badger + Merkur 37c Slant with Polsilver #1 + Thayers Lavender "alum" + L'Occitane CADE balm with HBG Bay Rum lotion

A superb shave! CADE soap is really easy to make foam, and its quality is well known. What can I say of the balm version, hehe

Cheers!

Three passes, reasonable shave, finished off with some Sunbury Bay Rum and a wee dab of RSC balm.
