Again I thought I'd actually post a SOTD rather than just reading everybody else's.

Pre: Warm Shower
Razor: Gillette Tech, aluminium handle.
Bowl: Small stoneware thingy.
Soap: EJ Limes & Pomegranate. (Cream)
Blade: Treat Silver
Brush: Yaqi Timberwolf
Post: Nivea 2 Phase

Well it's been a busy wet week for me. Dodging the raindrops with my window cleaning.

So when I got home.... After a session on the turbo trainer I decided it was time for a nice refreshing shower and a shave.

Whilst looking for which blade to use, I stumbled across a tuck of Treat Silver that I must have forgot about. I must have used one in the past, but the fact it was at the bottom of the pile insinuated that id fallen out with them..... Well I decided to use one...

Popped it in the Gillette Tech and proceeded to have a 2.5 pass shave of the 3 day growth.
The delightful cushioning of the EJ cream provided an excellent shave. I must admit the blade was surprisingly smooth.

It was a nice shave, followed by a lovely Hungarian meal of Pörkölt and pasta and a Plum Porter Ale from Aldi.

Although not the slickest, I like this soap. Performance is good otherwise, and the scent is nice.
Flexi/Spoiler pairing was as smooth as silk.
Setting 3 cleared three days growth in perfect comfort.
Paul Smith aftershave to finish. A fresh, clean Vetiver scent that lingers for hours.

Enjoy the coming weekend chaps.

even though I haven't used this soap for years... the scent still filled the room, and a stellar shave was had.

A shave so smooth that I did multiple passes just for giggles.. lovely jubbly.
