Is this still being made? It's a good shaving soap and was very cheap when I bought it about eight or nine years ago.

Trying to use up this Shaving Shop aftershave gel. Such a shame the scent has really weakened over time as that was the best thing about it (I don't find it particularly soothing and it leaves a slightly sticky residue on the skin)

A Shark Platinum DE ( snapped ) to fit in my Ever Ready 1912. Barrister and Mann Fougere Classique soap followed up with Nivea Deep. My Omega 49 did the 'hard' work creating lather from the soap. A very nice shave all around. The ER1912 seems to always deliver.

Another day, another excellent shave from the Nanny’s silly soap. It worked a treat to start the week off with this soap, and rarely used razor! The gaps in the Yaqi razor head helped with the lubrication this design is supposed to give when shaving. A great smooth shave!

Second use of the soap, I loaded lighter and gave it more water.
Again it lathered effortlessly. My thoughts are very much the same as the first use. It’s an excellent soap, it’s noticeable qualities are that it has superb cushioning and density.
It can take much more water than I gave it.

I’m enjoying using it very much, particularly the scent. It’s a scent that I can imagine ‘The Dude’ Lebowski wearing.

It really tied the shave together.
