Saturday:
I've had a few days without a shave, primarily because we've been so busy. Taken a new foster placement and our daughter's had a minor op, so we've had the granddaughters too.

This morning, everything mowed down on 2 plus pick ups. I could have probably got away with 1 pass and pick ups, but I'm completely BBS with very little effort, even now, a few hours later, still smooth as.

Have a nice weekend everyone.
Gary

Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Morris & Forndran Brad Sears L7 Tigris Finest Badger
Soap: Czech and Speake No 88
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: Vintage NOS Personna P74 (3)
Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel, Pitralon Classic Aftershave Lotion
Scent: Floris Elite EdT

The forte of this M&F Tigris brush is triple milled hard soaps, thanks to its dense knot and strong backbone. And they don't come much harder (or better) than the Valobra tallow base used by Czech & Speake.
A luxurious shave.

Gillette Tech
Big Ben blade (1 shim)

Arko soap

My 1st time with soap and bowl lather. I think I got it wrong as I only had a thin layer of soap and it dried before I finished.

I am liking the blade and razor combo. Only one day's growth, so single ATG pass, followed by some Aqueous cream and a few sprays of Tommy.

Have a good BH weekend gentleman.

Razor = Ikon B1

Im off work tomorrow so that always makes it more relaxing & de stressing.
I reckon if the body shop was a uk artisan we would all be talking about how good it is but because it’s a department store it seems to get over looked.
I Genuinely think it’s very good with a decent price point to match.
The Razor for me was one i was scared of 2 years ago i couldn’t get to grips with it at all.
But now i find it one of the best razors i have.
This brush is by far my favourite so far although the 3 incoming might have something to say about that
well saying that i don’t think they’ll say anything it’s only a brush :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.
Anyway Onwards & Upwards
Stay Safe People

*I’ve seen a couple of Youtube reviews of this razor usually involving blood. But the reluctant donors seemed to use too many strokes to me turning the razor into a bacon slicer! Worked well with the Pro super and didn’t need a second pass. Also an excellent nose razor.

**The hooter isn’t strong in the discernment dept but this soap reminded me of an orange juice factory I visited a few years ago. Very strong scent but an excellent lather.

It was "OK" ...

The OK blades are made in Egypt and have the tell-tale "Super Stainless Made in Egypt" on the blade clearly establishing them as from the Lord stable. But, which Lord ... you ask? It's more Shark Super Stainless than Lord Super Stainless, certainly not the Classic finishing and nowhere near up there with the Silver Star Super Stainless.

It's, well ... "OK".
