Another super shave from the Masamune, along with a great lather from the A&E. The Yaqi cashmere is becoming another synthetic favourite and creates a nice and luxurious lather. All in all a great start to the day.

Soap – Stirling Ozark Mountain
Brush – Sagrada Familia
Razor – PAA Phantom Blue
Blade – 7 O’Clock SS ( Russian ) (4)
A/S & Balm – Proraso Green
EDT – Boss Bottled Unlimited

This was my first shave with a slant razor and although it's ultra light any concerns I had about angle or pressure were quickly overcome and it was much smoother and more comfortable than I expected. I found it a lovely change of pace and a great way to switch things up in my routine. The shave was thoroughly enjoyable and the result was excellent and I’m very happy with another great addition to the armoury.

Brush Yaqi 24mm Cavern Lake 2 Band Badger
Razor Henkels & Friodur 472
Aftershaves Stirling Witchhazel Lemon Chill + B&M Vespers Balm
Liking this soap scent more & more. The lather was creamy and slick too.
This razor's edge was excellent...really smooth and not bitey at all...after the 0.1um pasted balsa strop. I really love using this razor. Efficiency was acceptable in 3passes managed a dfs result. 2 micro red creepers were seen after rinsing. The matching aftershave balm was very nice too.

Cracking shave this morning, been a while since I have given the essence a run out and still not disappointed. Could have easily stopped at one pass but had a little extra time so went for one more.

Uber smooth and ready for the day!

Hope everyone has a good one.

Cheers

Marc

Still eking out the last of the brilliant rose notes soap. Heart says "Get out there and find a comparable replacement." Head says "Stop being a dick and work your way through the Barocco and Legno di Rosa soaps that you've already got sitting there!" Head wins. For today ;)

The Signature Soap and Yaqi gave the usual superb, easy lather, then the new 37c wiped away the stubble almost on the first pass. (Second pass for practice). An excellent performance from what feels like a really mild razor. Good stuff.
