A pleasant Wednesday shave with cold water. The mild peppermint chill of the soap was accentuated by the cold water, and the Floïd menthol finished the shave off wonderfully on a warm day.

Now that's the kind of shave that puts a smile on my face.
The Blade feeling a bit smoother today after a touch up last time out on the CrOx paddle. Although not feeling as sharp as a new AC it has delivered a fine finish that was accompanied by a lovely audio feedback soundtrack.

I wouldn’t say I’m a Rangers fan but it’s nice to see a Scottish football team getting somewhere in Europe, this shave seemed appropriate today!

It’s getting better with the Hone 15s but only because I’m learning to work with its drag than against it, preshave heavy, slick soaps heavily loaded and I’m getting good results! However I’m looking forward to trying Andrew’s new modified head to see if it solves the drag issues.

A return to the Enoch having been so impressed by it recently. A blade past its sell-by-date but a damn good showing before being relegated to the razor bank. Not the most perfect of end products but very acceptable and keeps me feeling clean and happy.

Am I the only one using Bath House soaps? Honestly if you haven't tried them they are deserving of a whirl.

A very happy chappy shave and ready to face a week having to work in my semi-retirement. Still one week a month isn't too tasking.
