The only cutting edge I have remaining are some Chinese Gilere blades which probably contradict the term 'cutting'. They do however have an edge. Two of them in fact.

As for 'prose' I wouldn't know what one is. If you are referring to those ladies who inspect the cracks in the pavements down a darkened alley late at night then I am afraid they went by the way when I retired from the sea a long time back (just in case Mrs Satanfriendly reads my posts in the early hours**).

An even better shave today with the Thorn and actually having time to shave properly. The Noble Otter Barrbarr is new, the base as ever is superb the scent is good but not my favourite from them. However an excellent shave to start the day!

Started off with a second go on the Fly Dear but it wasn't up to the job anymore so went for a Chinese Super Blue instead.
Got a better shave but struggled at the bottom of the neck. I think some of this is down to the razor, beautiful though it is.

i do feel these slim twists are a bit underrated in the shaving world,
Perhaps it’s the cheap plastic handle's but for me they perform very well.
i received some vintage blades from @NotTheStig so it’s about time i got some used up.
This is one of his and it didn’t fail to perform,
some of these vintage can out do most modern blades but not all off course.
Last but certainly not least the star of the show arrived today.
Another wonderful brush from @gile at Highlander.
I genuinely can’t thank him enough,
He will go out of his way to do what you want & that doesn’t happen that often in this game.
Now i neee to think of a new brush although iv already gave gile my initial thoughts on another.

Cold wet flannel to my face.
Cien PURE Fragrance Free Sensitive Bar Soap.
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Rainbow Brown Synthetic. (Faux Horse)
Face Lather.
Lather: Ach Brito Mogno Shaving Soap.
Blade: Statum Platinum Chrome. (D2)
Razor: Parker 55SL Semi-Slant.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./P&G Old Spice original ASL./ Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

An enjoyable close comfortable shave to finish the week of wonderfully..

A comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling cool smooth & smelling divine. ;)
