Feeling a bit tired tonight, so didn't bother with the Feather as I couldn't summon the concentration required.

Have to say it was a bit of an epiphany. The above combo delivered such a superb shave (this Hoffritz head is something special) that I honestly don't think anything could have bettered it.

Therefore, I'm not sure if the Feather is suited to me. If I can get such a superb shave with such a low risk of badly cutting myself, why bother with the Feather?

I shall give it some thought over the next few days, but my Feather could be appearing on the BST shortly!

Well gentlemen , went and did it... Pulled the cork on the Tupperware airtight storage container and brought out the MWF!!
Autumn Shaving has officially started for me!
It was great. Used my Bestshave Horse Brush and wow! I was transposed back to my youth sitting in a Wet Wool Sweater watching a Football Game. What a fragrance(even better than Cuba!).
Razor: No idea what it is! Open Razor sold by Shields and Brother; Phila Pa.
Brush: Horse (which end??? Sure it's not the front!)

Scent: Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet

Pulled the Feather out a day earlier than the rotation would have to deal with three days of growth. Fast, effortless, comfortable, and uberclean.
