Very good. Tons of lather from the Boots puck, first time I've used it in a long long time. No real/nice scent, but a good performer none the less. DFS with one ATG pass plus touch ups.

Used the fat for the first time with the Omega, tried face lathering it all seemed good until the first few strokes, thought the blade was blunt so switched to a new one. Still the same rinsed face and lathered again (leaving face wet) few dips in water. That got the glide going and the shave was fine from there.

The sunny weather today brought about a mentholated response this evening. Excellent shave. I get on excellently with this New - I'm resigned never to know whether it's a 77 or 88 - and likewise with Proraso goodies. I've quite enjoyed the Vetyverio I sprayed on from a sample this morning: a soft, floral, slightly powdery vetiver that was fresh enough to see me through the warmer weather. I do have a thing for unisex/gender free frags, though, so it won't necessarily suit all.

First go with the Tradere. Collected a couple of small weepers but a DFS result for my efforts. Definitely worth spending more time with this razor.

After seeing a thread on here about adding essential oils to creams I decided I'd tinker with some of my witch hazel so added Lavender oil and glycerin. Very nice too.

Wasn't expecting good results with the executive as i've not got a decent shave with a fatboy in the past but for some reason i had an excellent shave with the executive bar a nick on the jaw the end result was a DFS...

Result: My face is so smooth this morning that a nappy wouldn't have been out of place. Very impressed with the Rubie. Everything sort of worked this morning, and worked well. It's POETS day, hooray!

Nice shave today, first time use a scent from heaven soap, nice & slick & moisturising, will have to try some more.
