First two passes with the Feather tonight. I'm definitely getting better with it, but still managed a couple of 'little bastards' that bled profusely. It really punishes any mistakes, that's for sure. Tonight's issue was my good lady having one of her normal Turkish sauna baths which meant the bloody mirror kept steaming up!

I think it will be a while until I do a full 3 pass shave with the Feather and manage to get really close but I can see improvement after a week of doing it so that's heartening.

Tobs unscented cream (fleabay bargain)
Lacoste a/s balm.
Not bad, actually, and less than five minutes from start to finish

A super shave; in my opinion this is the second best looking of the Gem's/Ever Ready's next to the Streamline, but for me this produces the better shave of the two.

A lovely shave still can't believe I havent changed the blade, I've not had a de blade that suits my skin and lasts this long. Very satisfying shave.

Good finish. Lovely weight to this razor.
I noticed the early mooring sun has taken on a more Autumnal yellowish tone seeping the bathroom in a warm glow.
Everyone else was out so I had the luxury of a longer, slower shave.

I was dreading today's shave with this cream. Last time I used it we didn't get along at all. I figured it was gonna be more of the same, and I had a back up soap ready.

Man, I musta done something wrong that first time. Yeah, the shave was quite nice for some reason. Good cushion and slip, both of which were lacking before. Weirdest damn thing.....I woulda bet I got the lather right before. I guess this'll stay in the arsenal after all.
