AS: Geo. F. Trumper West Indian Extract of Limes Skin Food
COLOGNE: Acqua Di Parma Colonia Intensa
RESULT: One amazing shave!!!

An extremely smooth shave from this razor, a 0ne pass shave with minor clean up.

Brush: Barbers vintage handle w New Forest silvertip knot
Razor: J A Hellberg no 14, w 1/4 grind
Super: Nannys Cistrus Zinger + Proraso original
AS: Proraso
Strops: Neil Miller
Result: Very, very clean :D
Sweet blade this one, all wedgy razors feels a little different and this one's more like Sheffield wedge than a Swedish ditto. Very nice shave!

Pre: Proraso pre post
Soap: Valobra menthol
Post: Old Spice white water


Great shave. I'm not sure if it's a fluke but I think the Proraso as a preshave made a difference. Will give the same routine again to be sure.

Felt the call of the SE this morning, so with that in mind:

Vitos pre-shave
Palmolive cream
Omega silvertip
Ever Ready 1912 SE
GEM SE blade (1)
Barbershop Bay Rum

Very nice indeed. The aural feedback from this razor is great, really helps you to find the right angle. Nice smooth shave. Bay Rum finished it off nicely.

Valobra stick in-a-bowl + Simpson Duke3 Best + Merkur Futur at 2.5 with Chroma + Floid Blue italian lotion with Proraso balm


Although I got a thick, creamy foam with this marvellous soap, the shave wasn't as good as yesterday... I got some itches and blood, strange... Anyway I haven't irritation and the aftershaves worked well, a shame that this Floid is discontinued...

Still getting a close shave with this blade but it seems to be leaving a bit of soreness even with a careful touch. Actually feels to me like a Derby on its first use! See how the seventh shave goes.
 
Sunday . Sunday!! Looks like it might be another nice spring day. Planted some Sweet Peas yesterday hopefully they'll like the fence I planted them next to.
