Monday Morning
I have a week off work so a leisurely shave this morning after I got back from walking the dog. It has to be said, it is an awful lot easier walking one dog than two.
I don't think it will be long before the wife is trawling the Boxer Rescue websites looking for another one.
Prep: Hot Shower
Cream: TOBS My Taylor
Brush: Neep Aztec 29mm Extra Silvertip
Razor: iKon OSS
Blade: Personna Red
A/S: TOBS My Taylor
As much as I like this razor it only really works well on the open comb side, the safety bar side is just too mild for me.

A/S: G Bellini "Ice" from Lidl, a £2.49 Cool Water clone
Not bad - the A/S smells good, is still giving out some scent, and the skin care is pretty good. In general, a more than acceptable shave.

Talor's sandalwood shaving cream
Alum block
Geo.f.trumper sandalwood skin food to finish
Result BSS WTG
Nice little razor and judging by the stinging from the alum block agressive

Hot water rinse on face followed by hot face soak with flannel a few times.

FS Finest Badger brush
Alum block
WTG, XTG and ATG resulted in a BSS with little irritation.
Wouldn't say the Personna is the sharpest and notest more tugging than say the Gillette Super Stainless (Green label, StPete's plant) and a little pressure had to be applied but pretty happy overall.
