Am feeling in a celebratory mood today as the kids sod off on Thursday, which means Friday will be nice and quiet (and we'll get to leave early, hopefully).

Haven't had a shave since Friday, so I had a fair bit to attack.

A very nice shave indeed. I intend having a week of luxury shaves in the run up to Xmas so shall use my most expensive creams and soaps just for the hell of it.

My wife was away last night, so I decided on an evening shave to give me more time this morning to see to the cats etc.

Sitting here and stroking my face has reminded me why I prefer morning shaves. I was BBS at 9pm last night but my face feels like I need another shave now!

Still a pretty close shave, but I cut myself a few times around the mouth. You can't see any irritation now, but I think it's time for a new blade.

Afternoon shave to make myself feel better. I'm off work today with a horrendous stomach bug. I always feel guilty about being off, irrational as it is, so I'm trying to occupy myself with menial chores that make me feel like I've achieved something (laundry, writing Christmas cards etc) while never straying far from the porcelain God of chunder. I was trying to work out which soap scent would make me least nauseous. Weirdly, Cella went down quite well.
