My son has asked me to take him to the gym so my plan is ...
5 x 5 Squats
5 x 5 Deadlifts
5 x 5 Rows
5 x 5 Bench Press
5 x 5 Shoulder Press
Nice and simple as he's looking for raw, functional strength ... just like his old man.
No need for isolation exercises, or twatting about with arms and calves and abs and traps and stuff as they'll be getting worked enough.
Workout 5/14/16
3x30 Dips
3x12 Front Lat Pulldowns
3x12 Diverging Lat Pulldowns
3x12 Hammer Strength High Rows
3x15 Seated Lat Raises
3x15 Shoulder Press
3x25 Cable Rope Shrugs (full rack)
3x30 Seated Calf Raises
Good nights sleep, felt well rested this morning.Training on a Saturday? Hardcore man!
How many times a week do you train? Don't forget to factor in some rest too!Workout 5/18/16

That's too much! You're running the risk of burnout if you don't have rest periods.Six to seven days a week, depending on how i feel. Seven hours a night is rest enough.
