Nice and simple as he's looking for raw, functional strength ... just like his old man.
No need for isolation exercises, or twatting about with arms and calves and abs and traps and stuff as they'll be getting worked enough.

The first 4 months I did a programme called Focus T25 (lots of HIIT cardio) and I started lifting weights from 2 may and following the programme Body Beast lost 18 kg since January.
Did a chest & Tricep workout today, tomorrow is Leg day!
