Some of my best training sessions as a younger man were done in very small mom & pop type gyms. Nothing to look at just hard bad to the bone training.Haha ! Thanks Robert...what can I say, it's a cheaper gym

I remember seeing a young skinny teenager walking over to a bloke lifting and asking "Here mister, how do I get as big as you?". The bloke finished his set and said "Drink beer and eat pies, youth".

Walking consistently is one of the best exercises one can do. I praise you for doing so and hope you continue in the future. My mom was diagnosed with heart disease some time ago and it has greatly improved the quality of her life both physically and mentally. She is ounce again very productive and mobile, when not long ago she depended on oxygen.I do a few crunches (situps), but my main workout is walking 4-5 miles on the treadmill each day. I have post-polio syndrome, which has caused a lot of muscle loss and weakness in my arms and shoulders over the past 10 years and is accelerated by heavy exercise.
