Prep: Hot shower and L'Oreal charcoal face wash.
Pre: king of shaves pre shave oil and hot towels.
Razor: ATT R1
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock (2)
Brush: Simpsons the Duke 3
Cream: TOBS Sandalwood
Post: Thayers Witch Hazel and Myrsol Antesol



I tried something new for my pre shave. I applied KOS pre shave oil and two hot towels. This really worked for me. My stubble felt really soft.

On to the brush. I'm really happy with it. It felt comfortable to hold and felt good on the face. It whipped up some great lather too


The shave was the most comfortable and closest yet. Good times.

Shaving one side of my face with the Hone type 15a and the other side with the Hone type 15, what fun!

Prep..shower
Pre..bloom water
Razors.. Hone 15a/15
Blades.. Astra SP #2
Brush..Kent BK8
Soap..OSP Spice road
Post..Thayers AF WH
AS..Old Spice

Three pass shave with clean up both razors performed well taking off equal amounts of stubble on each pass. For me the type 15 (brass) felt better because of the face feel of a hot razor on my skin.
I was left with a perfectly smooth face with no irritation what so ever.
Finishing with witch hazel and a splash of Old spice after shave.

Nice and quick today. Mild, in light of the BBS with yesterday's Merkur and Feather combo.

The 22mm lathers up beautifully and holds more than enough for 3 passes. Loving this SE project...
