Shave of the weekend;

Rockwell 6S (#5)
Polsilver SI (#1)
Midas brush - Synth knot (26mm)
Wickham's Club Cola

Incredible lather whipped up by the oh-so-soft synthetic knot. It pairs lovely with this handle and makes for a simple to use, simple to maintain brush. The Rockwell was pretty decent today, gets a bit better with each use. I think I've used it enough though and will be returning it to @Gem - massive thank you again!
Feeling a tad close in places but overall pretty good.

'Til the next one, chaps!

Sunday 10th SEptember
OSP Vintage Cream
Zenith 507 TS
Ever Ready Streamline
GEM SSC #9
Alum Wash
Electrif's Bay Rum
Lacura Body Moisturiser
G|Bellini - X Bolt EDT

The Streamline did not disappoint. Coupled with the lovely scented OSP lather whisked up by the Zenith, I was comfortably and efficiently whisker free after 2 passes with touch ups.

Very smooth and happy :)

Prep: Hot shower with L'occitaine Cade
Blade: Gem #2
Razor: Clog Pruf
Soap: Caties Bubbles Irish Coffee
Brush: Silbersplitzen Silver tip 24mm
Bowl: Steve woodhead
Post: Thayers Witch Hazel & Alum
Cologne: A*Men Pure Coffee

A damp dreary and cold day here today so out came the caties bubbles Irish Coffee.
A wonderfully scented soap that performed extremely well using the Silbersplitzen brush and bowl combo.
A rich thick and slick lather was achieved.

My second use of the Closed Comb Clog Pruf and I have had a faultless 3 pass BBS shave.
Irritation free this razor is a keeper. I love it. The mechanics and condition of this razor is sublime and runs like a well oiled Rolex watch.

Post shave was excellent, I had no feedback from the alum which in my book is always a good sign and the A*Men Cologne is one of my favourites.

Enjoy your shaves! :)

Happy Sunday gentlemen
Reasonably smooth shave this afternoon to get me ready for work tomorrow.
I've not used a feather blade for a while which meant a couple of tiny weepers, but nothing to cry about.
I really do need to work on my lathering skills though, should have been a piece of cake with the wickhams but it wasn't really how it should have been.
Anyway, pretty smooth, smelling pretty awesome, lamb roast is on and a nice glass of malbec in hand.
Life is good. :)
Gillette razor
Feather blade #1
Omega boar brush
