What a nice surprise this Muhle synthetic fibre brush turned out to be. I bought it in view of using it for travelling, but it's simply an amazing brush. It produces copious amounts of lather with little effort, what seems like twice what one of my badgers would normally produce. I'm sold!

Pre: RazoRock/HTGAM mentholated lime pre-shave soap

Brush: California Redwood Burl handle, 24mm TGN Finest 2-band
Razor: Merkur Digress
Blade: Ladas (2)
Post: Thayer's witch hazel, followed by Myrsol Antesol

First shave with the Digress today. I initially used setting '3' and thought "Whoa!" and backed it down to 2 which was a lot more comfortable for me.
It is a very audible razor and gives great feedback. I got a 3-pass BBS with a single weeper which disappeared during the cold water rinse.
