It's a good sized sample. About 2 inches round and 1/4 inch thick. I'll try with some distilled water instead of tap water.

Aye, I think I should start mentioning that my water comes from a private well and is un-treated except what mother natures has added... it could be a factor.

Prep: Shower / Proraso Pre
Brush: Rooney Silvertip
Soap: Figaro
Razor: EJ DE86811GBL
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Black
Post Shave: Simpsons ASB

First time using Figaro, allowed it to soak with a film of water on top as I showerd. Stuff 'exploded' into a rich creamy lather on almost instant contact with the brush.

Czech Astra SP
Progress on 2, 1.5
Tabac shaving bowl soap
Edwin Jagger boar
Arko Sensitive (smells like lavender) balm

Really very good. Am I wrming to the Tabac scent? I'm sure my stick smelt much more tobacco-like but this seems floral with a hint of sweet tobacco. Could be my mind playing tricks but what the hell.

MONDAY EVENING

Prep: Warm rinse, Ingram brushless massaged into beard
Brush: Neep jasper Aztec
Cream: T&H No 10 - bowl lathered
Razor: Schick Adjustable
Blade: Chick
Post: Alum, Witch hazel, Proraso balm

Just when I thought this blade was giving up the ghost it delivers another corker!

I'm really enjoying the injectors at the moment. If anyone fancies selling an F type then let me know (I can dream!)

That crap is popping your brain cells. Huffing Tabac is worse for you than glue. Heh, no offense meant to any Tabac zombies in the house.
