Voskhod is a pretty smooth blade and as a result I may have overdone it a bit in the neck area trying for BBS. Some moisturiser should hopefully take care of that.

Had to load the soap for each pass don't think the colonel was picking up enough soap final pass with the Purtech and there was enough lather for another pass. Think the soap may need a soak if I'm gonna use badger with it again.

The same amount of cream as usual, applied to a wet face, and face lathered using hands rather than a brush. Little cushion or density to the lather but it's slick and serviceable. My brushes are in the back of a Transit, along with the rest of my worldly possessions, hence my ad lib approach tonight.pjgh said:
