This Puma has to be one of the most user friendly razor I own, with it's patented special muted point making it very easy to use, this razor would be the perfect introduction choice for any newbie to straight razor shaving in my opinion.

I thought I'd treat myself recently and bought some Fitjar stuff. I'd tried a sample of the Fern (not going to attempt the Norwegian name!) cream before and it was good stuff, so took the plunge on a tub of the Neroli. Excellent lather and a wonderful scent. A little of the ASB goes a long way, quickly absorbed and not greasy.

Excellent shave, the smell has now gone from this brush but there's still a bit to go with the breaking in process.

A/S: I actually forgot the aftershave this morning! Talk about dozy; I really missed it , as well. Double aftershave tomorrow to make up for it.

Great shave. Really like the R41 head on the Ikon handle, shame the original R41 handle is so light. Still wonder whether or not I really need to use this combo everyday though.

Haven't used Cella in too long so whipped it out, first time using it with the Chubby and the two are made for each other, amazing lather. My face really likes the post shave feel of Cella and even this morning my skin still feels quite good.

Following a recent thread on lower neck irritation, I tried a new angle for the "difficult" parts of my lower neck... sort of 75% XTG and 25% ATG. Needs a little bit of practice to get it just right (ie - missed a few bits), but very smooth and comfortable results

Last shave for the Super Chrome. A decent shave but I could tell it was finished with this shave.

Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock Yellow (2)
Brush: Semogue 830
Soap: Proraso Green
Aftershave: Nivea Balm

Second outing for this combo. Still a very smooth and DFS but this blade noticeably not as sharp as yesterday.
