Lovely shave again this morning with the Fitjar cream. I've asked Santa for some more for Christmas (I've just orderd a couple for myself!)

Useful to know, Dick - I've just procured one. It certainly looks like the bridge between the 1912s and the Micromatics. The solid bar Micromatic (bullet tip) is a stunningly smooth razor; I've yet to pluck up the courage to go with the open comb - perhaps this one is good preparation for that?

Did you find the angle different to other DEs? I found holding the handle more upright then angled worked out well for me.

Yeah that helped with me too. I also apply a gnats more pressure. Cheers

Worst shave in some time, with neck irritation and a few weepers. Had to reach for a double dose of Clinique post-shave care. Not sure what the reason was but I can only hope tomorrow will be better...
