Thanks Nick! Im going to try it, just got to make the box, i've got a lot of off cuts etc so should be able to make the box for almost free. Just need to buy the light

Haha no I would never do that! Well maybe if we had a spare somewhere ;)

This project will start on Saturday, i've got an old wooden unit which I think I can modify to fit my purposes.

When I get home tonight I'll take a pic of it
 
Ideally yes, I have some wilderbeast and gazelle meat (also crocodile not for biltong but my favourite) coming in from Africa, should make some good game biltong.
