Your shaving wishlist

Having only been shaving 'properly' (meaning DE for me, not even thought straight yet) for a few months and having spent £100s on razors (x 6), even more ££ on brushes, mugs, soaps, creams, balms, splashes, blade assortments - all too many to mention, I have to slow myself down as I probably have a good years' worth of kit and I still have a bundle on the way; I'll keep my list short:
1. Gillette Slim (1968-N4) hopefully in good nick so it doesn't need too much restoration.
2. Tatara Muramasa - At some point I may stretch to it, when I can justify the spend, I just like its innovative design.
3. One of those Little Wren mugs I have seen on this month's acquisitions, but can't find it on the store and haven't had a reply if there's going to be a new batch soon. I should put this at the top, as I don't think I'd be waiting around to buy one!

How's it done guys, how do I calm myself down, as I see things and I just want to buy?! The words 'shaving spendthrift' come to mind!

one that i cant believe i forgot to mention was the long handled black beauty super adjustable gillette, cant wait to try tbh

  • Aluminium Karve - I've been that impressed with my brass Karve that I want the aluminium as well. I feel the brass version negates the need for a stainless steel one in my case.   • Gillette Aristocrat - The SB barberpole type handle one - #15? I love the look of these and it would complete the vintage collection. I'm not prepared to pay the current going rates for these though so this may never happen.

With the exception of the non-existent Windsor Pro slant, the wishlist has been realised. The Game Changer OC Plates were fine but I sold them on as I prefer the SB variants.
 
My wishlist is very short.

Xpec shaving cream. I missed out on a tub on the BST a few months ago.

Type O Schick Injector

Wilkinson Sword Royale mk2. I have the Wilkinson Sword Profile Metal which is identical, but the Royale mk2 is gold plated and unobtainium.

Recently removed from the wishlist is the Merkur 45, I should have bought one ten years ago but finally obtained one from the Emporium...

So nice to look back at this and realise how much things have changed, and with exploration of new things tastes also have changed … some bits were acquired (snowblivion, r41gs, feather ac DX), some removed from list, others moved to sample first…

But there’s all this modern stuff too:

I would like a MARS in maroon, a Karve in brass with 3” handle and possibly a Rockwell 6S but polished to buggery and back. Charcoal Goods Everyday in brass with a Bishop handle and lastly the full bronze Timeless set

Realistically. with the exception of the maroon MARS, the modern gear isn’t going to happen as I love my vintage kit too much and they’d get jealous and moody. The Aristo 15 Aussie will likely get moved on as a rhodium replate costs the same as a small Scottish island. If I don’t snag the Aristo Jnr #48, I’ll just keep my later #53 jnr and have John June replate it in nickel. But Matron must get her gold! I could also skip the NEW and settle with having my 7 o’Clock NEW replated along with a ball end handle I have that’s not original for the 7.

Software wise - a Signature Soap, more MWF, Trumper’s Spanish Leather cream and cologne though I’d have to have a sniff first.

BUT THE ABSOLUTE MAIN EVENT HAS TO BE THE NEW INGRAM (if the reformulation under the Three Pears Brand doesn’t kill it!)
 
I want fatip piccolo pre 2011 which is meant to be more aggressive version

Also one of the more aggressive earlier versions of muhle r41

Not sure how I'm going to get them though lol
