The razor was put through the La Lune with oil and the result was a wow! I can feel the edge is different compared with the balsa. The smooth and keen edge is more comfortable. A very enjoyable 3-pass session for a bbs-dfs-ccs finish...

Today's shave was just fantastic! After putting it through the La Lune with oil, this razor's edge was the best I have ever felt. Very gentle and comfortable but yet crisply keen. 3passes for a bbs-ccs finish...

Good shave with this razor. Soft and comfortable La Lune edge but need to improve on the keenness. Enjoyable 3 passes for a dfs-ccs finish...

2nd shave with this razor and it was good! Tried to enhance the edge again on the Naniwa 12k but feels similar to the 1st use. This blade material or grind feels different from the rest of my razors..interesting.

Second Pegasus -- smaller blade *(8/8) heavier grind (between 1/2 and 1/4 I'd say) -- very nice, heavy razor, works really really well on my strong beard. Walruss tusk scales on titanium lining. Photo doesn't do justice to the scales, they are slightly translucent/crystalline, really gorgeous.

Is your La Lune new or vintage? Ive' been pondering trying to get one of them...

Hi, thanks for asking. My La Lune is a new stone. I obtained the smallest size from 1Stone directly back in 2021. Should have gotten a bigger size but the cost including delivery to my place is quite prohibitive. Anyway, it's my only natural stone and I like the edges of it from some razors...not all. I would like to try other stones too...am considering the black shadow from the same seller...
