Straight Razor Shave of the Day

W.Greaves & Sons 7/8 this morning, which I've managed to get a really smooth edge on with the Shapton 30k

I Don't know a lot about this Razor except it is Japanese and made of Yasuki Steel, however it took a great edge and shaves very nicely.

Went with the Stella Alpina for today’s shave..one of my favourite scents from the SV line very refreshing and gave a super smooth result ! Always enjoy my Koraat 14 will have to look at adding another to the collection soon when funds allow

First outing with a new to me Tanifuji Wogen 7/8 , Iset the bevel on a Naniwa 1K and honed it on a Ozuku Stone , using a hard Tomo that was a kind gift from a friend. It is a Lovely shaver.

Not used the Rose MDC in a while such a pleasure to shave with..paired with the little Boker 5/8 this evening it was a fantastic shave ! Super smooth and refreshed

Just a budget but reliable shaving soap that works...nice! Over-did a little today...
Another SR shave in the books! Razor's edge with pasted balsa strop is quite smooth and comfortable...while not efficient enough due to my techniques, I am satisfied in 3passes for a surprisingly dfs to ccs results.

Thu 5 SR 40th Shave
Razor J.R. Torrey 5/8 Near/Quarter Wedge?
1st shave with this small Torrey. Felt nice in hand, light, and maneuverable. The edge, however, is only mediocre. Still managed 3passes without weepers for a sas result.

Hi Russ it’s a lovely edge nice and smooth and seems to be holding up really well..I’ve had plenty shaves from it and it’s still going strong I really enjoy using it ! It’s a small razor and quite lightweight as you will know but it gives a lovely shave
