An uneventful and unremarkable shave. Not necessarily a bad thing. The GFT Violet performed as per my other GFT creams (brilliantly) but the smell isn't for me. It smells a bit 'sickly sweet'. Just because of its performance however, it retains its place in the den.

Greetings,

Early morning shave.

Another pleasurable comfortable shave with the derby premium blade, which is restoring my faith convincingly in adding Derby blades more often to my blade rotation...It's all down to good technique, shaving confidence and preparation before you shave..

A enjoyable 3 pass + pickups DFS with no errors to report.

Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of The Real Shaving Co. ~ SPF15 Anti-Ageing Moisturiser.

My face is feeling super smooth & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy your day, ladies & gentlemen.

Feather Pro [ 1 ]
Tuff Green A/S Lotion

Decided today to use a Feather Pro rather than my usual Schick Proline. The Shave was on the whole very good, apart from my lack of concentration at the end when i sustained a weeper on the chin, I find the Proline more forgiving . After this Shave and that of yesterday with a Claymore, the Shaves were so good that I see no point in hankering after the revised General, I like the head but not the handle and they are not sold separately .

Not my closest 3 pass shave, I should have used a new blade rather than trying to get 6 shaves out of the Voskhod.
