My last shave with the Hone 15s before trading it. As ever it’s a lovely chilled Sunday shave and near perfect from the the Hone, it’ll be missed but is just to similar to my original Hone.

Used the Claymore with a fresh F/PG blade as out for my last day officiating for the season.Out quite early was a long day too.
The Shave was good and will be interesting to see if this blade or the Kai Protouch will be the winner for me.

A wonderful shave on this very sad day for most of us Brits, today we say goodbye to our Queen. I do hope and pray it goes well and without incident.

A cold water face wash then a wonderful face lather mixed up with the Alpha and Signature soap, thick and protective. I completed my normal 2 passes and touch-up for a very close, very comfortable BBS finish, i find with the Katana you need to concentrate a bit and not to use any pressure at all, letting the head do all the work.
A perfect finish.

Lovely fresh shave. No need for the pre, but it does increase the mintyness. Time to seek out some new menthols I think - Cryogen levels were good for me so happy with a heavy hit of the good stuff!

Apart from Spitfire this is the most patriotic setup I have on this saddest of days. Queen of the Iceni, Empress rising and the Elisabethan Rose.

The shave was more than acceptable, no blood and I still have both ears. I have found if my lather and prep is slightly off it really shows with SE blades whereas with DE blades it's more forgiving. Luckily prep and lather were passable today.

Again the Oren didn’t fail to perform out of all the razors i have this is the one i’m most glad i have,
I’ll probably change my mind next month but this month it’s my favourite.
It’s set me up nicely for a 12 hour nightshift ahead

A late entry today, but a very good two pass shave with the Rex set on just over 2.5 …ish. Lovely lather with the Simpson brush and the Martin de Candre, and a great finish with the Hibernia (this stuff smells great to me and seems to go with everything).
