I have a yearning to buy a couple of new fragrances. Tam Dao won out yesterday but I'm liking both of these. Not much growth to clear off this morning, so I thought I'd try something different: 2 passes with the Slim on 2 (XTG) and then 1 (ATG). Pretty good.

After a busy couple of days now had to removed 2 days' growth. Comfortable and irritation-free BBS shave (XTG/ATG) and the new alum (cheapy) was a nice change from having to use small chunks after the usual fall and break that alum does so well. Finding the brush shedding more hairs when lathering the last couple of weeks. Hoping it stops but suspect the slippery slope syndrome!

Result: Since I'm going away for a week and I had the day off I decided to have a full on, 4 pass, monster of a shave!

The lather was superb and coupled with the oil it gave, quite possibly, the best shaving conditions I've had.
