Prep: Nivea sensitive face wash
Cream: Body Shop Maca Root
Brush: Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Ebony synthetic bristle
Razor: Merkur 25c open comb
Blade: Gillette 'Goal'
Post: Edwin Jagger Sea Buckthorn aftershave lotion.

After a few days of not so good shaves using a Gillette 'Silver' Blue razor blade in the EJ Chatsworth Barley chrome, I thought it time to switch to the Merkur for a few days or longer. For some reason the EJ razor does not work so well with some blades, so I use the Merkur 25c which works well even with not so good blades.

Great. Near BBS and the stick lathers readily with a thick, stable lather and leaves the skin nice. Surprised how good this razor and blade are

Brush: Neep #1059 soapstone chubby 26mm super silvertip
Soap: Monsavon
Scent: Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet

Felt like it wasn't very close in the neck at the time, but it's ok now.

This soap is pretty damn good I gotta say. Rivals any of the top performers at a fraction of the price with a subtle and very nice scent.

Firstly, thank you Dick, for the suggestion of using a wilkinson Sword blade seems to work in these slant bars.

Secondly, I don't like taking photos of modern DE Razors, but I figured they have a following, so it would be rude to the people that like them not to.
