Yea I was thinking about it after watching the vid, seems like a bit of an inconvenience tbhLooks a bit of a faff, and I doubt you'll find those bowls for that kind of money over here, even in an oriental supermarket like Wing Yip. There's probably something out there that would work in a similar way though.
@Rob998 what you reckon of this?
I saw this on amazon, im tempted by the price and its handmade as well and its got decent reviews only thing is i dont like the big qshave logo
Mug, bowl or scuttle.....which to go for really depends on what you need from it. A bowl will help build lather or even store some soap in. A mug IMO is better at soaking brushes takes up the least space. And then the scuttle is split into two categories brush scuttle for keeping the brush warm (with or without lather on it) or the lather/bowl scuttle for building woks lather and keeping your built lather warm. I've got a few of each and they all serve me well. I personally use my bowl scuttle far more in the winter as I love warn latherso in your opinion and experience whats best to go for?
Good for you, and I look forward to hearing how you get on with it.should be getting the scuttle today but i dont have enough growth to have a head shave lol
yea well i like warm lather so i got a feeling ill like it and be thinking to myself why didnt i get this earlierGood for you, and I look forward to hearing how you get on with it.
Sorry to hear that, it’s not a good sign have you done anything to knock it ? Or maybe it was already there and you didn’t notice..maybe the hot water caused it to crack which it shouldn’t maybe try and contact them and see if they have had any reports of the same issuewell i went to use my qshave scuttle and after i filled it up with water it just started leaking,
theres a hairline crack in it, God knows how it happened, hardly used it tbh and im gutted
