I like the scent of the C&E cream, but struggle to get much lather out of it, certainly compared to my new favourite La Toja, which just explodes with lather every time. Shave was fine though :)

Same setup as y'day.

33C, Wilkinson, Omega no. 34 brush and Penhaligons English Fern (non-tallow) soap.
Finished off with Arlington after shave and Penhaligons English Fern EdT.

No time for some balm, face needs it though now...

Very nice, smooth and clean, I like this soap very much, don't want to imagine how good the tallow version is if this one performs so good...

Very smooth and clean shave, I think I smell quite strongly of Sandalwood :eek:

Hey K, it´s very nice soap indeed, the cushion effect is almost flabergasting, I think. The only thing I would like more of from it is a more slick/slippery touch and I guess that´s how it used to be before the re formulation. The subtle scent is brilliant.

Left me relaxed for a bad day where everyone has gone off sick. :|

Very close comfortable shave with the exception of 2 nicks where I already had spots on my neck. No biggie. Cold water splash sorted it out.

yea, ok, the brushes appear even more tilted as the shaves go by every day
so mid next week I reckon we'll see a brush sitting upside down next to his soap bowl

then the tilting to the left will start
