Hi Mikael, what blades do those interesting razors take pls?
Hi Michael! As Konstantinos wrote,: for the Ever Ready those SE blades., but for the Heljestrand I use special Heljestrand made hollow ground blades (very good construction and you hone them, I got a load of NOS ones :D).
Mikael, so the Helje blades are unique and vintage, as in 'once they're gone they're gone'? I see these razors for sale from time to time but have always hesitated, cheers Michael

Unsurprisingly

Razor: Merkur 38C
Blade: Derby
Brush: Vulfix 404 - starting to break in nicely after a week of use
Soap: Mitchells Wool Fat
Post: Alum then Trumper Lime Skin Food
Scent: Prof B Coconut

two completed weeks of DE shaving and I'm starting to do one WTG and one ATG pass. Something I was never able to do before.

Plus I actually enjoy shaving now (as bizarre as it sounds).

And I'm already thinking about a Joris and a Feather (to be stored for future use - I'm a sucker for beautiful design and engineering).

My wallet doesn't think so but it's great!
