Damaged my shoulder a few weeks ago so any shoulder\chest exercises are just high reps at the moment.

Yesterday:
6.5 mile walk with usual run up that bitch of a hill
850 calf lifts
94 press ups (33,31,30)
105 situps (40,35,30)
82 leg raises (30,26,26)
3x10 reps ez curl bar with 35kg total
2x10 each arm shoulder pull-lifts thingies with 15kg disc weight
80 squats
Felt as weak as a half-starved kitten but pushed through in the end.
Today:
8 mile walk with usual end
900 calf lifts
102 press ups (35,34,33)
105 situps (40,35,30)
82 leg raises (30,26,26)
90 clenches on each hand (3x30) with 200lb heavy grips
82 squats
2x10 each arm shoulder pull-lifts thingies with 15kg disc weight
....and umpteen muckle great farts making a very windy workout - anybody else get this?
Felt a real buzz tonight but maybe that was just the chocolate and large pot of tea beforehand?
That's some SotD! 1 minute 15 seconds shaved off sounds massive.
Scratched myself for 15 minutes before getting comfy on the sofa, in my pants with a packet of Jaffa Cakes.
